Merry Christmas!
The festive season is a chance for us to reflect on the year just gone and to look forwards to the year coming in.
2020 has been a difficult and challenging year for everyone, leading to increases in use of alcohol and the subsequent mental health issues.
For anyone who is feeling distress or upset at this time of year then there is support available to you and help to get you through these times. You are not alone and the Orkney community is here to help all members of our community who might be having a difficult time of things. Do not suffer in silence, reach out and ask for help. We are here for you.
